Local Drop-Off Policy

Thank you for trusting us with your special clothing and memories. We understand these items are irreplaceable, and we handle every piece with care and respect.

To ensure a smooth process, please review our local drop-off policy below.

1. Appointments Required

All local drop-offs are by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Drop-off hours: 

Monday - Friday 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Saturday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

The exact drop-off address will be provided after your order and payment are confirmed.

2. Preparing Your Clothing Items

Please make sure all clothing items:

Are washed and completely dry

Are free of strong odors (smoke, heavy perfume, mildew, etc.)

Are placed in a sealed bag or box

Include a note with your full name, phone number, and order details

If items arrive unwashed, we reserve the right to refuse them or charge a cleaning fee.

3. Design Instructions

If you have specific requests (placement of logos, patches, sayings, etc.):

Please include written instructions

Mark important areas with painter’s tape or sticky notes

Be as detailed as possible

If no specific instructions are provided, design placement will be at the artist’s discretion.

4. Item Acknowledgment & Risk

By dropping off your items, you acknowledge:

Many items are sentimental and may be delicate due to age or wear.

The cutting and reconstruction process is permanent and irreversible.

We are not responsible for weak seams, worn fabric, stains, or fabric that may not hold during construction.

We will contact you if we believe an item may not be structurally suitable.

5. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time begins once:

All items are received

Design details are finalized

Payment is received 

Current turnaround time: 3–6 weeks

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

6. Storage & Pick-Up

Completed items must be picked up within 14 days of completion notice.

Items left longer than 30 days may incur a storage fee.

7. Unused Fabric

Unless otherwise requested:

Extra fabric scraps will not be returned.

Larger remaining pieces can be returned upon request at drop-off.

8. Cancellations

If you cancel after drop-off:

A processing fee may apply.

Any work already completed will not be refunded.
